We are the Australian branch of a leading manufacturer of industrial adhesives and chemo-technical products in Germany. We develop and provide special adhesives and sealants, technical sprays and high-performance assembly pastes and greases for all areas of industry - from production repair up to maintenance. 

Being founded in 1947, WEICON continuously managed to expand its business in Germany and internationally. In addition to the headquarters, which is located in Münster in Germany, there are currently 11 branches to serve customers all over the world. WEICON is further represented by partners in more than 120 countries worldwide.

You are responsible for
  • Identifying and prospecting new sales opportunities within your allocated territory
  • Arranging and conducting in-person meetings and product demonstrations with clients
  • Providing exceptional customer service and technical support to ensure client satisfaction
  • Attending industry events and trade shows to network and showcase WEICON's offerings
  • Making daily sales calls with customers
  • Planning and conducting product trainings
Your profile
  • Proven track record in a sales or business development role in the industrial or manufacturing sector (Adhesive / Sealant sector would be advantageous)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
  • Technical aptitude and the ability to understand and explain complex industrial products
  • Highly motivated, driven and target-oriented with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills to effectively handle client inquiries and objections
  • Willingness to travel within your assigned territory to meet with clients
